Is Heilkunst a certified profession?

Heilkunst practitioners are accredited through the International Heilkunst Association (IHA), formerly known as the Canadian International Heilkunst Association (CIHA). Accreditation reflects a commitment to professional standards, education, and ethical practice within Heilkunst Medicine.


Are Heilkunst services covered by insurance plans?

Insurance coverage varies depending on the provider, the specific plan, and individual coverage details. Clients are encouraged to speak directly with their insurance carrier to determine eligibility.

An invoice is provided with each consultation and a receipt is provided  after the payment has been processed.


Service Description

Each session offers a thoughtful and holistic assessment of the many layers that influence health and well-being. This may include exploration of past or present trauma, chronic or acute concerns, nutrition, lifestyle, and other aspects that feel relevant to the healing process.

From this understanding, individualized recommendations may be gently offered, including remedies, holistic supports, lifestyle guidance, and, when appropriate, referrals — all tailored to support balance, comfort, and vitality.

This service is available for both people and animals.
Supplements are not included in service fees.


Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for time and care, 48 hours notice is kindly requested for cancellations or rescheduling. For Monday appointments, notification must be provided by Friday prior.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.


Payment Policy

Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice notification. Several payment options are available: Credit card 2.9%+.60 fee will be applied, with the exception of American Express 3.4%+.60, Debit/Visa Debit $1.00 transaction fee, E-transfer for Canadian clients is free, and can be sent to bradleyheilkunst@gmail.com for quick and convenient payments, cash is also accepted for in person consultations and pick up of remedies.


Shipping Policy

Several options are utilized, primarily a variety of couriers for Canadian clients, Canada Post for USA and International clients, additional duties may apply depending on the destination country and its customs regulations. A $7.00 shipping and handling fee applied to all packages regardless of destination. Taxes apply for Canadian clients only; according to province/territory . All shipping is additional to consultation fees.
