2 or more family members including pets=$5.00 savings per member
Retired/Senior members including pets=$10 savings per member
Annual Package: $100 savings based on monthly appointments (at least 10 appointments scheduled within the year)
Additional support outside of schedule appointments: includes 2 emails/texts=$50
